Reliable platform for our PTA

Overall, Givebacks was a good choice for our school's fee collection. The K-12 fee collection feature worked as advertised, and parents generally found it user-friendly. We had a couple of instances where a parent's payment didn't show up immediately, which caused some confusion, but customer service helped sort it out quickly. The communication tools are handy, though I wish there were more customization options for the email templates. Value for money is fair, considering what it offers.
